When I first heard this I couldn’t imagine how this could help, in fact I could only see it making things worse. Bouncing up and down, I’m just not seeing the benefit. But before giving up on the idea I did some checking on the Internet and I found a lot of information about rebounding and incontinence. One article said it can strengthen the cells of the sphincter muscles and another one said it will strengthen pelvic floor muscles. The routine suggested is 1-2 minutes of health bouncing 4-5 times a day for the first week, increasing to 3 minutes each time on the second week, then 5 minutes the third week. Add light jogging and then all-out jumping if you like. I’m going to try it and I’ll let you know how it works.
